Who we are
Ecoterra Green Development Limited is a forward-looking property development company committed to building a sustainable future for Nigeria and beyond. Headquartered in Abuja, we specialize in eco-friendly real estate solutions that blend innovative design, environmental responsibility, and exceptional value.
Our vision is to reshape urban living by developing modern, functional, and environmentally conscious residential and commercial spaces. From design to execution, we prioritize sustainability, smart infrastructure, and high-quality construction standards that serve both present needs and future generations.
We believe in more than just erecting buildings — we create communities, enhance lives, and leave a lasting, green footprint. Whether it’s residential estates, mixed-use developments, or commercial projects, Ecoterra is redefining what it means to build responsibly in Nigeria.
At Ecoterra Green Development, we believe that development and sustainability can go hand in hand. Over the past decade, Nigeria has witnessed rapid urbanization. While this presents immense opportunity, it also places a responsibility on us as developers to think long-term. Our mission is simple — to develop spaces that not only meet today’s housing and infrastructure needs but also contribute to a greener, smarter, and more livable tomorrow.
We are driven by innovation, guided by integrity, and inspired by nature. From concept to completion, every project we undertake is a promise of quality, sustainability, and community value.
